The cult is worshiping the Goddess of the Underworld, Abaddon. They are in a world where all worship is tolerated as long as the laws of man are followed, which they have broken by murder and sacrifice. However, they are not worshiping Abaddon, the are being mislead by something far greater......bwahahahaaaa.....I'm currently working on my homebrew world, Forynth. It's REALLY detailed and i am a novice at homebrew campaigns, as well as cartography, but i am also very detail oriented, so this has turned into quite a project. I'll most likely put together a pdf. after i run my friends through it...it has become THAT detailed
