Right now, I'm sort of just looking for some quotes to decide if I want to go the paid route, or if I want to spend the time making this map myself.

Basically, I need a portion of a world map, from the UK down to maybe the top of South America, with all the lines of the countries/states drawn in, each on their own layer:

I like the way the land is skewed in this game map, so I'd like it to be skewed like that:

I can pretty much do everything else I want done, it's just getting the stylized land masses down that I'm not really looking forward to doing...lol
