So, have you already drawn some maps of Great Lakes Earth? Your written description is nice and useful to fix ideas, however it would be nicer to see an overall map of your world.

If you are looking for professional help, there is a thread in this forum called "Mapmaking Requests", you might try posting there. I should warn you, though, that the map you have described would be many, many hours of work, so it probably won't be cheap.
