    Thank guys.

    @ Anna, actually this color scheme was a pretty simple one: it's mostly just a few main colors (green, yellow, blue and grey-brown). I started with just one base color for the grass, the trees, the sea and the rocks. For shading I simply added darker or lighter values on top.

    Very attractive piece. I love the illustration on the bottom because I feel like I'm standing on a hill looking down at this place. Good way to bring the map reader in!

    That is a really nice map, I love the colours and the layout. Especially I like how you can se the hills go into the forest, how they get covered by trees. Very elegant.
