Semi-Pro World Map with Realistic Biomes and Political Layer

I've been trying to get motivated to research biomes and landmasses to finish this myself but it's been years so I'm wimping out and hoping to just pay someone to do it for me!

World is fantasy, low tech.
I can profide my WIP photoshop file if you'd like.

I'd like a few specific changes to the shapes of the continents in the attachment, adding in some island chains. Would like an addition continent or two added to the east or west of the ones I provided.

I'd like layers with believably realistic rivers, lakes, mountains, and biomes. These don't need to be excessively beautiful, this map is more for function, but it shouldn't be ugly.

I'd like a political layer which I can display borders, cities, mountains and rivers simultaneously. You can do an example one and please set it up so that I can make additional political maps for different time periods.

Size needs to be pretty big so I can zoom in and make custom detailed versions for myself. I'm thinking roughly 5k x 2.5k pixels.

Style: I like this style from Crusader Kings 2 where you can see the rivers, and the mountains are still visible underneath the political colors. But the province borders are awful! Another style I like, just not the stamped mountains.

I will keep the copyright and reproduction rights, but you can of course use it in your portfolio. And if I ever have any success, I'll be sure to contact you for more work.

Not really. I just want something mostly aesthetically pleasing, that I can work with later. Even something like this would be acceptable as long as it came with a good setup for me to make my own political maps with, and a layer for biomes.

doubling the size quadruples the volume and time to make it

even something small ( 16384 x 8192 pixels) will take a lot of time
and if you want a almost city level ( say 65536 x 32768 pixels) you are looking at 4 to 6 months of work
even at 64k scale that is about 610 Meters per pixel for the Earth
