Here's a map I did recently. I was interested in some feedback given by the client who said they thought a perspective view on the trees mixed with a bird's eye view for the town was a strange mix. I hadn't thought about it. Anyhow...

Hey Cuin. The map is very nice, but i must admit, placing perspective trees and top down buildings looks kinda awkward to me too.
When i look at the trees only i get impression that the perspective is at very low angle. Comparing this with top down view breaks the illusion of reality.
It would look much better if you do building at least with high angle perspective, or change trees to top down view same as buildings.
