Is there a way for me to import a map that i have in MS Paint to CC3 so i can trace it?

    Hello JustToBeFrank

You can import BMP, PNG or JPG files into CC3+:

    1. Create a new Sheet to take your bitmap, and set the layer to 'temporary' (if there isn't one in the list of layers you may have to add it)
    2. Use the menu: Draw/Insert file
    3. Locate and pick your bitmap and click ok
    4. Watch the command line at the bottom of the screen. It will prompt you for the 'first corner'. If you want this to be at the bottom left of the map area type 0,0 and Enter from your keyboard.
    5. You will then be prompted for the second corner. Since the size of a bitmap is rarely the same as the size of the CC3 file into which it is being imported, move the cursor until you are happy with the size and click once.
    6. Having pasted it in save the file.
    7. You can now move your bitmap up or down the Sheet stack at will, and even apply a transparency sheet effect to the bitmap sheet so that you can work with it in any way that you wish.

    I hope that is helpful
