    Wip Old Graveyard

I've never really tried my hand at battle/encounter maps before, and I think that has to change!
So here's what I'm working on now. I can't really take any credit for the style, because I'm currently following allong with some tutorials I found on youtube. I have no idea if the youtuber is a member of the guild, but I like his work a lot!

    Thanks!

    Almost done inking.
Still not sure if I'll add some very light cast shadows with a thinner pen, or with a grunge brush in photoshop. We'll see!

This is looking so cool! Normally I'm not really into encounter maps, but this one got me hooked!

Hahaha, thanks! Neither am I, to be honest. Which is why I've never really tried one before.

I think I'm calling this one done. I could probably go on forever rendering things, but I want to move on now.

A shame you did not do the same for the tombstones that what you did for the inside of the building but, in a way it's a pretty nice idea to keep the focus on the building. I hope you'll do more like this one in the future, another talent you show us

Well, I was debating whether or not I should. My decision is part laziness, but I also thought that the graves outside would be more weathered than the smooth stone inside.
But I'm gonna sit on it for a couple of days. Maybe I'll change my mind and change the graves as well. Thanks for your thoughts!

Edit: oh, nuts. I meant to do moss on the graves too. I forgot ... xD

I seem to remember that laziness is a human right of utmost importance
