Seeking comission Map for Fantasy Setting

Looking for someone who can create a good quality full coulour map for my D&D campaign.

The map needs to be of a two story manor halfway under construction. The setting is D&D's town of Phandalin (drawn by Mike Schley, so it would be great if someone was able to emulate his style, although not required),

my players decided they would like to buy the run down manor at the edge of town and are currently paying to have it rebuilt. I want them to return and have a big boss fight in the halfway finished Manor.

I have drawn up a quick (and rough) floor plan of what my players wanted for the ground floor, but that would be in its completed stage.

The map would need to include outside details such as building materials and a workers camp site, and also some of the top floor would need to be under construction.

I'm happy for the two floors to be seperate maps/files.
