Parchment plugin for the GIMP

I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this message.

I wrote a small GIMP script-fu plugin for generating parchment paper using some of the techniques demonstrated in https://www.youtube.com/embed/_A7yopQ_nCE.

Unzip the file and place the plugin in the `scripts` folder of your gimp2.8 directory (e.g. `$HOME/.gimp-2.8/scripts`).

This is pretty great! I think my only suggestion would be to see if you can pull off generating a "ripped edges" kinds look, where as well as having an old parchment color, it has the sorta ripped, somewhat curved parchment look. However, this is a really cool background for maps, I'll likely use it once I'm more advanced in my cartography! Thank you for the submission.
