    I'm in for the second one, but lighten up on the stroke (outline)...ie: lower the opacity a bit so it's not so bright.

    I'd say the second, if you loose the drop shadow otherwise the third.

    I am totally with Hoel here. I like the second best, but the drop shadow make the borders look raised and that's weird
    Without the drop shadow it will look better I think.
