Unable to place landmass in the middle of a lake

I'm 100% new to this so forgive the noob question. Earlier while making my first map I slapped a lake in the middle of it. When I would zoom the lake would disappear on me. I did overland and fixed it. Well, I tried to do the same for the land mass in the middle of the lake and it done no good. I've been playing with the tools and can't seem to find the right one that would allow the landmass in the middle of the lake stay ineastead of disappear when I zoom. Thanks for the help!

Welcome to the Guild! A little more information about what software package you're using would be helpful.

I do recall seeing a similar question recently on the ProFantasy forums ( http://forum.profantasy.com ) in regards their CC3+ software package. If your problem is relating to CC3+, asking at their forums may get you more focused help than is likely to happen at a general mapping forum.

I am using CC3+ Should I go back to regular CC3 and try then?
