Default August/September 2017 Challenge: The Yawning Isles

Well, it's been a little while since I last came on here, but anyway, here I am and apologies for disappearing for so long! I think I did the same last summer time too for whatever reason. I'll have some maps I've done in the meantime to share at some point, but for now I want to try and get something done for this challenge, so bear with me if I'm a little busy the next couple of days!

I've got nothing to show yet, just ideas, so I'm hoping I can get something together before the deadline! You better not sneak it forwards, Diamond!

Oh, and I did lurk a little bit from time to time, and hope to spread some rep out to some pieces I might have missed.

Welcome back! Wondered where you'd been. You better get your skates on for this challenge. You've got about a day and a half with time zone differences taken into account.

Thank ChickPea. Unfortunately, I've yet to become nocturnal so half of that will be spent sleeping!

I better get to it anyway!

Haha, well none of that was hugely fiddly to do unlike some of today's stuff.

Anywho, another update. Hopefully, I'll get another one in before the challenge. Not 100% sure yet about how I'm doing the inset, but I think I'll come up with something.

Haha, yep, you've interwoven yours so nicely into your design you almost don't recognise it at first!

I was thinking if I have time I might do mine a bit more sketchy and maybe isometric style for it but with the same layout. It also depends if I can quickly come up with the building designs for that too. Anything will be better than my current tetris blocks though!
