Knowing that this is a WIP, I might be jumping the gun here, but as things stand now, the terrain features are overpowering the land mass. I am wondering if you are planning to either de-emphasize the features and/or re-emphasize the coast line sometime before the end?
Oh, and by the way, Great going so far

Nothing jumps out at me as being bad or wrong and I liked the "coastal shelf" thing you had going...but that's me and I'm probably the only one. The pass works fine since it goes with the other "hand-drawn" elements. All I can really suggest, and it's very minor at that, is that the mountain ring around the wastelands seems to be of uniform height so I would make the edges near the coast into hills. Nice job so far and I'll keep watching. Oh and as far as city placing/style, do either...it mixes scale but I did it on my Narthaine and Charadon maps.

I probably will. I just want to get it all drawn in before I start fiddling with it. It's all on seperate layers still, so it shouldn't be a problem. I'll probably redo the water thing as well at some point, but it was bugging me.Originally Posted by Korash
