It was created in Affinity Photo - an interesting experience.
Judging from the tutorials I watched and used, it is a great alternative for Photoshop when it comes to photo editing. The same is however not always true for drawing.
While it does many things that Photoshop does, it lacks several useful tools and functions which forces you to go a long way round to achieve the same result. Which makes it somewhat clumsy in my opinion (especially the brush creation process leaves much to desire). I also experienced some problems with the pen, sometimes there was a time lag between pressure and reaction of the program.
However, AP can handle PS files and load .abr brushes, that's a great advantage.
