Default Amateur Map Maker Since Childhood

I have been doodling fantasy maps in notebooks since I was a kid. Now that I have been DM in a home-brew session for a few years, I'm finally starting to try and get better at map design. I just got a MacBook Pro and I'm disappointed at the lack of fantasy map tools that are compatible with Mac, so any pointers there would be great.

I have tried Dungeon Painter Studio, but it runs so slowly on my PC. I was looking to upgrade to Campaign Cartographer, but I'm sad to see that it won't run on my Mac.

Anyway, I'm stoked to join this website. I've done decent amount of browsing on it, so I finally decided to join.

I have a macbook pro from around 2013-2014 and I use illustrator and photoshop for my D&D maps! If you cant afford them, there are free alternatives (GIMP for photoshop, and theres a pretty good free vector program that is slipping my mind right now...)

    ANyway, welcome to the guild!
