The stone houses feel a bit more natural to the environment I think. Thanks everyone for the advice, and please, leave c&c, I will still come back to this map to perfect things now and then. But I really want to concentrate on a new project now, the more practice the better! Oh also I added a border that I drew up real quick, kinda neat. Not as cool as that kick ass parchment though!

The jpg I'm leaving here is pretty bad quality, but I think it's good enough from afar. If anyone wants to see a higher quality for whatever reason, let me know. And this is a stretch, but if anyone wants to use this in a game, message me and I'll remove the text in the legend for you.

Check me out in the dungeon map forum for my upcoming hand drawn tomb map!

Yes, I think it looks great. Also the green makes it seem a bit more habitable while still retaining an arid look. By the way did you say you did all this with a mouse?

@Larb, noooo I bought a cheap little drawing tablet when I decided I wanted to map make in earnest.
So glad I did, I couldn't imagine trying to do this with just a mouse.

@Falconius, thanks so much, I'm glad you like it!

Is it silly that I imagine burly grease-covered artificers who, at the end of the day, sneak out of the artificer's hall through a back door and into the inn?
