Hi,
Not really sure what to say besides I'm excited I found a forum for mapping. I've been creating "Planet Zeus" for over 10 years now, and the past 2 years I've actually had time to start working on a website and am in the process of getting all my sketches digitized and added. A few months ago, I started teaching myself about cartography, and sketched out some things. I look forward to reading some tutorials, and learning how to make my sketches look more realistic.
Eventually, I want to make this project more of a collaborative effort with contests and fan art and such, but for now I need to learn how to make maps.
