Sure, but it is not flexible. Let me just tell you how I did it, it makes more sense and it only takes about 10min.

(1.) Create lines across the whole image parallel to each other, the same distance apart from each other if possible. In this example, I drew them horizontally.
(2.) Flatten them together so you have the lines on one layer or - even better - combine them in a SmartObject (Photoshop).
(3.) There is a perspective distort in Photoshop you can use or any other distortion to bring the upper corner on the left and the lower corner of the left closer to the middle.
(4.) Rotate the thing as you need it and drag it where you need it. If you copy it once and mirror it to the right, you have a 2-pt-grid. Three times for 3-pt-grid.
(5.) Play around until everything fits.
