$750-$1,000 for a Vast HQ World Map "Eltera"

SUMMARY:

I have rough drafts of 3/4 continents for my world of Eltera.

All of these maps should be completed based upon descriptions from my book w/ a pinch of artistic license, as well as any of my drawn versions.

I entirely expect the cartographer to offer input, correct my mistakes, and discuss steps, clarify goals, etc.


World should be reasonably realistic, and for the most part, based on the physics of Earth.

REQUIREMENTS:

The quality should be superb (300DPI, A3 or A2), completed only in Photoshop, GIMP, or other equivalent professional software.
Must be willing to submit portfolio of at least 3 finished works prior to work.
Must be willing to accept long-term relationship and modifications of work.
Map must be in English and completed by an English speaker.
Must include legend, compass, scale, and color based on global zones
Must clearly identify global zones based on equator and other measurements, such as longitude and latitude, which will include: Frigid zone, Arctic circle, Temperate zone, Subtropics, and Tropics.
Identification of tectonic plates preferred but not required.
Final version must not contain watermarks and license to market must be relinquished to myself upon completion of the work.

PAYMENT:

Budget of $750-$1,000 will be split in half-payments to ensure security and work productivity. Half will be paid to initiate work and the other half will be paid upon final submission.

Name of the book will not be disclosed, but the cartographer will be given a free Advanced Reader Copy when ready.
