Looking for a Warcraft style town map.

Hey, I'm wanting to have a map made for a town, in the style of World of Warcraft maps.

This map will only be displayed digitally, and as players are going to develop it over time I'll need each building on it's own layer so the map can progress as players build the town.
As for time, I would prefer it done within a week, but I've never worked with map makers before so if that's unreasonable I'm fine with it taking longer.
