Help make a cartoonish style map more realistic.

Hi,

I have been working on a map for quite some time now with a lot of worldbuilding going in to it and some poor mapmaking skills.
What I am asking for now is someone that will help me not only finish the map but also remake it to give it a more realistic look.
The map is about 1800x1000km and I would like a scale that is suitable for these measurements.
I have a clear idea of all the regions and lore behind everything and to explain everything I think I will need to take it in DMs.
