Default B&W City Map for UF novel

    Subject

Hi! I am looking for a city map, top down view. It will be a replica of a real-life city, but in an alternate world. In this world, several cities have 'fallen' and are now barricaded and home to supernatural creatures. The first map I need is the 'fallen' city of St. Louis, MO. I will be needing 3-5 more city maps in the same style in the future so please only reply if you can commit to that.

I have no concrete limitations on what I'm willing to spend, but please include a quote in your reply or email as well as any relevant examples of maps you've done in the style I'm after.

    Style

    Greyscale.
    Hand-drawn feel with dark shading.
I like my maps to have character. Not just buildings and roads and rivers and whatnot. Cartographers with some experience in simple graphic design work would be great for this! For example, since the world is centered around angels and demons (and their offspring), I'd love to have some elements in the map reflect that in an artistic way.
Here are a few examples of what I am going for with the map of 'Ketterdam' being the one I like best. The others have the sort of overall style I'm going for, but are more plain than I'd like.

    Quality & Size

    Professional / semi professional
Required for print (double page spread in a 8x5 book) and web

    Time Constraints

Ideally by the end of June the latest for the first map. I won't need the others until fall.

    Copyright

I would like commercial reproduction rights to the map of course. The artist will have the right to exhibit the image as part of his or her portfolio but not to exploit it for commercial gain.
