Default August 2020 Challenge: Necropolis treasure map - Scooby Doo

I decided to go with a graveyard map, like a treasure map, in a Scooby Doo theme with medieval elements.

I like it! But before we split up and look for clues, let me introduce the Ghost of the English Teacher who wants to point out that "pleasant" and "guidelines" need to have their spelling fixed.

Yes, I was the Ghost of the English Teacher all along... and I would have gotten away with it, too, if it weren't for you meddling cartographers!

Thanks to the ghost of the past, order has been restored, you may rest in peace now

I'm really fond of this, Scooby Doo was one of my favorites growing up. It also happens that I'm currently drawing a graveyard with mausoleums, so this has been a huge inspiration!

My pleasure, though super sad news, the creator of Scooby Doo, Joe Ruby, died today. I think a most noble tomb deserves an inclusion in his honor.

    Very nice map!!
You managed to give it a dark mood and not a cartoon one :-)

    If I may, it's menhir, with a "h".

I am a simple graveyard keeper, what do I know of the complexity of life, or spelling.. only a bit of death..
I trust you to be a friend of Ovelix, the man who brought the menhir here, so in this case only you may..
