Its from https://www.gfz-potsdam.de/en/press/...africas-margin but I can no longer find the original version.



The links in on the website itself are now broken but I was able to find the study here, https://www.earthbyte.org/Resources/...g_Atlantic.pdf but still I couldn't find any links on it to a higher quality file. Maybe I missed something, so if anyone here can rapidly check through the PDF if I did that would be useful.

But ultimately, if anyone knows where the full study data is at, please link.

The best results I could find did not yield a high res version of that map, but you might do better than me if you look longer.
I used one of the authors name's to search, Sascha Brune and map - search result
There was a reddit thread that included it.
That's about all I have, without spending a lot more time searching around.

Did you try contacting the author(s) of the papers? In my experience, most authors are happy to hear about uses of their work (even if they are in a somewhat unexpected direction).

Not yet. I did find one of their researchgate(the link he gave on the website to contact him) now I am registering on here and making info to formalize a bit.
