I once found a gem of a city map on Deviantart, but can't find it anymore, unfortunately...
Anyway some of the city maps I like:

Your Liberty City map... I have seen that map popup lots of times in Google images, when browsing for maps.

Gd, that khorghil map is awesome. His ruins look a bit like plasticine, but overall it is breathtaking. I vote for that too.

edit: Actually it isn't a village, so I am going to say Ascension's Snagglefjord is probably my favourite village/ small township.
