    Link ENWorld Cartography Forum....

Before I started coming to the guild, the ENWorld Art, Cartography, and Miniatures forum was one of the places I liked to hang out and see what was new. Thanks to their search feature, you can click on this link:

    http://www.enworld.org/forumdisplay....ry=Cartography

and see every cartography posting since 2005. There's quite a few maps in there. Two threads which I found particularly outstanding were Hellhound's Underdark Maps, which had locations maps he did for an Underdark campaign at

    http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=133677

and Phineas Crow's Maps, which had more than 100 maps of various fantasy locales he did some while back at

    http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=73423

(Note, in order to download and view the maps registration for the site may be required--however it's free and ENWorld has quite a bit to offer for rpgers.)

Have you invited any of those folks to come check us out? We are always on the look out for talented members. If you get a chance, post an invite to have them come check us out. In fact, we even have a couple different banners for you to choose from if you would like to direct folks that way. They can be found on the Miscellaneous page linked from the main page.

Or by following this link: http://www.cartographersguild.com/misc/index.php

    Post Invitations.....

I'll be happy to invite them RP, but I do not know how successful I'll be. Hellhound is still doing work for EN Publishing (although I haven't seen any maps by him in years) while Phineas Crow has dropped off the face of the earth and has not posted in a long time (which is disappointing, as he was starting on a second thread of Underdark location maps of his own).

We appreciate the effort regardless of the outcome.

I'm a member of EN World, and have posted over in the Cartography/Art forums periodically for some time. They have thousands of members, and tens of thousands of articles, so a lot of neat things to read/look at.

And I think invitations to the Guild is always a great idea for two reasons: 1) although a fairly "young" site, the Guild has far more in one place to offer fantasy/speculative fiction cartographers than any other site on the Internet (that's a big boast, but I stand by it! ), and 2) Hellhound (for one) said in his post he loves maps, and what better place could exist for him than with other talented cartographers?

    Thanks folks.

I don't actually do work for ENP anymore (although I am still a full partner in owning it with Russ). Moreover, I rarely play fantasy RPGs anymore.

That said, I'll post up the maps I have done and then maybe some new ones as time goes by. I've got a few more done than the ones in the thread on ENWorld.
