Currently using Photoshop CS3, GIMP, MapTool, and planning to try Inkscape, Illustrator and Wilbur "real soon now."
Running and playing as much 4e as I can.

For the cliff, I think you should use the same stuff you're using now for the mountains, but only do one side. Right now, the switch to isometric just for the cliff doesn't really fit.
Other than that, it's excellent!
