    Default Kozakura Province Map

    Hi everyone,

    I've recently had to rebuild a map that I was working on for an Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Oriental Adventures game for the country of Kozakura. So in my game, the players are playing the part of powerful Samurai Warlords that are trying to unify the country. Of course, you can tell right away that it is a fantasy version of Japan during the Sengoku Jidai warring states period, but that is what makes it fun.

    So to get everything going, I needed a map of all of the provinces of the country. The problem is, what few maps are available look terrible. So I wanted something a little better and spent some time making this one

    Here's the finished result. Enjoy.

    Very clean and simple Tonnichiwa. I love the way the characters on closer inspection resemble Latin characters that can be read

    @ ChickPea, Thanks

    @LordCartoart, Thanks

    @Straf, Thanks. It was not easy to find a font that would let me do that but eventually I found a good one

    I like the style of the map. it's good and consistent.
    My main criticism is the font. It's cool and fit with the setting but is hard to read.

    A bit confusing if you do happens to know the meaning of the characters (some) since I see symbols instead of letters. Also the fact that it's oddly mixing Chinese and Japanese symbols.
    But not that a big deal.

    Very nice and clean style Tonnichiwa! It's efficient and looks very simple, yet special enough to stand out (:

    @ Azelor: Thanks The font definitely makes it look weird if you really know how to read Japanese or Chinese but that was sort of the intent.

    @ Francesca: Thanks

    @ DanielHasenbos: Thanks
