If someone can tell you how to do that, I'll be all ears. The top down view requires graphical information that isn't included in the front view. Therefore, it's not possible in my opinion to turn this front view into an accurate top down view. On the other hand, there might be some software available that can attempt to analyze the front view and synthesize what it's top down view would be. Based upon different kinds of synthesizing software that I know, the results would not always be what one is seeking but sometimes those strange and wonderful results that only the good lord usually is credited with achieving.
