Based on discussions in the Finance thread, I've decided to promote ChickPea and J.Edward to Community Leader status. They have both agreed to assist with the CL workload, and will be focusing most of their efforts on promoting content in-house to the front page and social media. They'll probably be working as a team on these endeavors, and there may be some additional promotions coming in the next few weeks as things pick up around here (hopefully) due to all the activity!

For now though, everyone welcome the new CL's!
