Welcome aboard. Is your map going to be an "alternate universe" UO - something based on the UO map but changed due to political reasons or cataclysmic events, or is it something derivative - completely new and different from that map with just characters crossing over (like Lord British and Blackthorne)? The former would need the UO map as an outline in order to keep the landmasses the same as the original and the latter could be anything you want.
If the radiance of a thousand suns was to burst at once into the sky, that would be like the splendor of the Mighty One...I am become Death, the Shatterer of worlds.

Well, the game is completely new and unrelated to anything in Brittanian (sp?). In fact I am removing all magic, monsters, and fantasy elements. I will be adding in scripts to provide more realistic gameplay as well. Think of it more as historical fiction, a way for us to do our living history type roleplay in an online game attmosphere.
