I got hitched to a school district administrator at a drive-through wedding chapel in Vegas three years ago - her one disappointment was that there wasn't an Elvis minister available at that time of night.
went the more traditional route - a year of planning - big white wedding, big church, big limo, big reception (well in danish terms - probably very small in US terms), and a lovely dinner for family and friends - and then off to Champagne, France
