As a Poser user that just screams SWEET!! at me. I would love to get my hands on that tech. I can't tell you how many hours I've spent trying to get expressions to look right. That tech would make it effortless, but I suspect it costs more than my house to buy, and being just a hobby, I don't think my wife would go for it.
Yeah - I used a similar free product to map my face to a model and the results were only so-so (the result was rather plastic):
