That is an amazing drawing, huzzah.
When you post, you need to click the Go Advanced button and look for the paperclip icon in the upper icon bar, near the middle to the right of the smiley face. Click that to open a popup window. You can either a) upload from a file on your machine or b) from a URL. File size is around 4.5 mb for png or jpeg and pixel depth is around 30 million pixels or so (IIRC). You can add up to 5 images per post and if you wish to insert any images "inline", you can do so by clicking the down arrow beside the paper click and you can select the specific image to put in and it will put a tag with an id where your cursor is located.

Oh wow. Now that really is a bit nice. I like the subtly different colours in the shadows. That's a style I could look at for a long time.
